📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the healthcare section.,Oversee and supervise the work of healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare services and patient outcomes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare staff and services.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of healthcare staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and healthcare services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools.,Familiarity with healthcare data analysis and reporting.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and patients.
