📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to ensure effective delivery of training sessions.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating workshops and seminars.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with learning and development methodologies.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
