PT Galih Karya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including vehicles, equipment, and drivers.,Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are properly fueled and have adequate supplies for trips.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption and costs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Oversee the safe and efficient operation of all fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Provide exceptional customer service to fleet users, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of fleet activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
