📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.,Work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that the programs are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with external trainers and consultants to enhance the quality of the learning and development programs.,Monitor and report on the progress of the learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
