📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streams on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to engage with our audience and showcase our products and services.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing valuable information about our brand.
• Create and deliver engaging content, including product demos, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes looks at our company.
• Promote our brand and drive engagement through strategic use of hashtags, calls-to-action, and interactive features.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute live streaming campaigns that align with our business goals.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with our audience by fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Adapt to changing trends and technologies in the live streaming space to keep our content fresh and engaging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live stream host or similar role, preferably in the tech or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain audiences effectively.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and live streaming tools, such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live.
• Creative and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and create engaging content under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Passionate about technology and eager to promote and grow the Utama Teknik brand.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Indonesian, with excellent English skills for international audiences.
