Easy Point Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for building relationships with clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email, and social media.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services through various channels.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
