PT Bean Star Indonesia is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic F&B team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new locations for our outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the F&B industry and a proven track record in site acquisition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential locations for new outlets.,Negotiate lease agreements and manage site acquisition processes.,Conduct market research to assess the feasibility of new locations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth site preparation and setup.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.,Maintain relationships with landlords and property managers.,Prepare and present site acquisition reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition, particularly in the F&B industry.,Strong understanding of the F&B market and consumer behavior.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian property laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
