PT Haiquan Trading Indonesia is looking for a dedicated TikTok Creator Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our TikTok creator network, ensuring seamless operations, and maximizing revenue through content creation and monetization. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our TikTok creator network, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking.,Collaborate with creators to develop and execute content strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.,Monitor and analyze creator performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with the marketing and finance teams to ensure timely payment of creator earnings and compliance with financial regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to foster a positive and productive working environment.,Stay up-to-date with TikTok platform updates and best practices to optimize creator performance and engagement.,Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives to expand our TikTok presence and reach.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on creator performance and network growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the TikTok ecosystem.,Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and monetization.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with creators.,Proficient in using data analytics tools and software for tracking and reporting creator performance.,Familiarity with MCN (Multi-Channel Network) and TAP (TikTok Affiliate Program) operations is a plus.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
