📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Manage and motivate a team of sales and support staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a sales or customer service environment.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as needed.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
