Port Crown Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Outlet Staff to join our team in Bantul. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store, ensuring a clean and attractive display.,Work closely with the Outlet Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and supporting new staff members.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
