📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food for customers.,Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and within the required time frames.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the preparation of special dishes and menus.,Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
