📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and motivate a team of sales and support staff to achieve monthly targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or sales management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus.
