In this role, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, developing and implementing improvement plans, and measuring the impact of your initiatives. You will use tools like Minitab, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze data, create visualizations, and present findings to stakeholders. Daily, you will collaborate with team members to identify waste, streamline processes, and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Proficient in using Minitab, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
