📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic reforms to enhance public sector efficiency and transparency.
• Drive policy initiatives that streamline government operations and reduce bureaucracy.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of government processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior officials, stakeholders, and community leaders to develop and execute reform initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices in public administration.
• Monitor and report on the progress of reform initiatives to the relevant authorities.
• Provide guidance and support to government departments and agencies in implementing reforms.
• Represent the Government of Bangka Belitung in national and international forums on public administration and governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public administration, government policy, or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing strategic reforms in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of government regulations, policies, and best practices in public administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
