📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising all operations on board.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Oversee the safety of the crew and passengers, and implement safety protocols.,Manage and maintain the ship's navigation and communication systems.,Supervise the loading, unloading, and stowage of cargo.,Coordinate with shore-based teams and other vessels for efficient operations.,Handle crew scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain accurate records of ship's operations and crew activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or Deputy Captain in maritime operations.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate or equivalent.,Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with cargo operations and ship's systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and local language is preferred.,Clean criminal record and drug-free.
