📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to healthcare protocols.,Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of meals and fluids to patients as needed.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on healthcare best practices and policies.,Assist in the organization and management of medical supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic medical records systems.,Experience in providing care to patients with chronic conditions or special needs is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
