FinLit Indonesia Foundation is a leading nonprofit dedicated to financial literacy, and we’re looking for a passionate Financial Education Guru to join our team in Pangkal Pinang. You’ll work alongside a dynamic group of professionals, using our proprietary curriculum and tools to create engaging, effective financial education programs.

In this role, you’ll spend your days designing and delivering financial literacy workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and community outreach programs. You’ll work with a diverse range of individuals, from students and young professionals to elderly community members, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and learning styles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver financial literacy programs using FinLit Indonesia Foundation’s proprietary curriculum and tools
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help individuals improve their financial knowledge and skills
• Develop and facilitate workshops and community outreach programs to promote financial literacy
• Create engaging, interactive learning materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities
• Collaborate with the FinLit Indonesia Foundation team to develop and implement new financial literacy initiatives
• Provide financial education and counseling to individuals and groups, helping them make informed financial decisions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial literacy trends, research, and best practices
• Evaluate the effectiveness of financial literacy programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial education, teaching, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial literacy topics, including personal finance, budgeting, saving, and investing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with financial literacy software and tools, such as FinLit Indonesia Foundation’s proprietary platform
• Certification in financial education or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus
