As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the organization of company events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.,Support the HR team in the preparation of reports and other HR-related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
