Cafe Putri Gadget is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding our existing client base. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work both in the office and remotely. If you are passionate about business growth and have a proven track record in sales and marketing, we want to hear from you.

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities,Develop and implement business development strategies,Maintain and expand existing client base,Conduct market research and analysis,Negotiate contracts and deals with potential clients,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners,Monitor and report on business development activities and results,Attend industry events and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth,Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Fluency in English and Indonesian
