📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement using tools like Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles and best practices.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to optimize the supply chain and reduce lead times.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and drive cultural change within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) are a plus.
• Proficient in using software tools like Minitab, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
