📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create high-quality 3D visualizations, models, and renders using Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other industry-standard software.
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to develop 3D concepts and designs that align with project requirements and client expectations.
Ensure accurate representation of architectural and interior design details in 3D models and renders.
Prepare presentation materials, including 3D walkthroughs, animations, and still images, to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization and rendering.
Work closely with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality visualizations on time.
Provide technical support and training to junior team members as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our 3D visualization processes and workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in 3D visualization and rendering, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software.
Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Creativity and a passion for transforming design concepts into visually stunning 3D environments.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
