Berkah Fitri Sate is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team in Sanur. As the Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, ensuring a high standard of service, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.,Train and mentor junior bartenders to ensure consistent service quality.,Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.,Monitor bar sales and expenses, and provide regular reports to management.,Promote and upsell bar items to increase revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with POS systems and bar inventory management software.,Valid food handling and safety certification.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
