📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations.,Manage and train a team of line cooks to maintain efficiency and productivity.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.,Ensure timely and accurate food service to meet customer demands.,Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing and training a team of line cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.
