Home Easy Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of QC inspectors and ensure the highest quality standards in our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of QC inspectors to ensure product quality meets company standards.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC inspectors to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across the entire production process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and inspection roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven track record of leading and supervising a team of QC inspectors.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is a plus.,Valid QC Inspector certification is preferred.
