Den Nest Berjaya is a leading retail company in Singkawang, seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and mentor store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-managed and rotated.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and management best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
