In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to support the company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
