📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of store assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.,Develop and implement store strategies to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store assistants to improve their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
