📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Create and implement new menu items and specials.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen supplies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Knowledge of local and international cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
