Pintas Consulting Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Patent Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing patent and industrial design strategies to protect and enhance our clients' intellectual property portfolios. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute patent and industrial design strategies to protect and enhance clients' intellectual property portfolios.,Conduct thorough patent and industrial design searches to ensure the novelty and non-obviousness of inventions.,Draft, file, and prosecute patent and industrial design applications with various intellectual property offices.,Monitor and manage the progress of patent and industrial design applications, ensuring timely filings and compliance with legal requirements.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on intellectual property matters, including portfolio management, licensing, and enforcement.,Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement intellectual property strategies that align with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in intellectual property law and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.,Prepare and present reports on patent and industrial design activities, including progress updates, performance metrics, and strategic insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Science, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in patent and industrial design prosecution, with a strong track record of successful filings and prosecutions.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian and international patent and industrial design laws and procedures.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.,Experience working in a consulting or legal environment is a plus.,Familiarity with patent and industrial design software and databases is desirable.
