📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and medical needs.,Develop and implement individual care plans for residents based on their unique needs and preferences.,Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals as needed.,Organize and participate in social activities and outings to promote engagement and social interaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' information and care activities.,Promote a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring the dignity and rights of all residents are respected.,Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field, preferably in a residential or community-based setting.,Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethical standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and support staff.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid certification or license as a Social Worker, if required by local regulations.,Experience in managing and coordinating care services for residents with diverse needs is a plus.
