📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of microfinance professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess the needs of our borrowers and provide personalized financial solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our microfinance operations and reach new communities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of our projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of our services.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our borrowers, partners, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in microfinance, team leadership, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of microfinance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in microfinance or financial services is a plus.
