📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth customs clearance and logistics management.
• Manage and optimize customs clearance processes, including documentation, filing, and compliance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players to secure favorable rates and services.
• Analyze and report on logistics and customs clearance performance metrics.
• Provide training and support to the team on customs clearance procedures and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in international trade and customs regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage logistics and customs-related expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EXIM and customs clearance operations.
• Certification in Customs Brokerage or International Trade is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with logistics management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
