📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary and emergency medical care to employees, including first aid and treatment for injuries and illnesses.
• Maintain and update employee health records using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Conduct regular health screenings and wellness programs to promote a healthy workforce.
• Administer vaccinations and manage the company's immunization program.
• Collaborate with HR and other healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Educate employees on health and safety practices, including infection control and workplace safety protocols.
• Assist in the management of the company's health insurance program, including claims processing and provider coordination.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on the latest healthcare practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Company Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia or a relevant healthcare certification.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.
