Maintenance Engineer (Contract)

In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our hotel’s infrastructure, systems, and facilities. As part of our dedicated maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, conducting repairs, and troubleshooting issues to keep our guests’ experience smooth and enjoyable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facilities.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues to ensure the smooth operation of hotel infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update maintenance records and reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to hotel staff on maintenance-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
